The Schedule
Tuesday, June 30
Welcome Drinks and Nibbles in the Courtyard - 3-4pm - there will be canapés and two welcome drinks each for everyone. The bar will also be open.
Dinner in the Feasting Barn (Party Barn) - 4-7pm - drinks with dinner will be provided on tables.
Then Music & Dancing in the Party Barn - 7pm-late
After Party in the Games Room - 1am-sunrise - please BYOB so the celebrations can continue! There will be fridges in the Games Room for all drinks.
Wednesday, July 1
Pool Party and Sauna - 11am-4pm. There is a heated pool and sauna at the venue for us to enjoy throughout the day. Please make sure to bring swimmers and your own towel!
We ask that everyone leaves the venue by 4pm.
Afterwards, everyone is welcome to head for a drink at The Old Thatch Inn which is a 10min walk from Eggbeer Farm.
Where to stay
Airbnb
We’ve put together a list of Airbnb accommodation suggestions that are near the venue. Things might get booked up quickly so we advise booking asap.
If you’re staying in the surrounding rural areas then we suggest you have a car. If you stay in Exeter city then you won’t need a car but will need to book taxis to take you to and from Higher Eggbeer.

Hotel
There are also a number of hotels in Exeter that would be great options, so there’s lots to choose from!
Camping
There is a large camping field at Higher Eggbeer for anyone who wants to bring their own tent/camper van. Camper’s cabin is located in the camping field where there is a toilet, shower, electricity and gas hob.
Getting there
By Train from London
Travel either from Paddington to Exeter St Davids (2hrs 15mins) or from Waterloo to Exeter Central (3hrs 20mins). It’s then a 20min car/taxi ride to Higher Eggbeer.
There are also buses 6A and 66 that run from Exeter to Higher Eggbeer. The bus journey is around 45 mins. You can catch these buses from Exeter Bus Station (Stand 10) or Exeter St Davids (Stop B) to Cheriton Cross/Young Farmer’s Club. Once you’re off the bus, it’s a 10min walk to the venue.

By Car from London
The journey from London to Higher Eggbeer is around 3hrs 30mins non stop. There is unlimited parking at the venue for anyone bringing a car.
